If you purchase DM's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. DM may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is unique to you, such as your:

  • - Age
  • - Gender
  • - Graduation Year, Height, Weight, Right or Left Handed

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through DM's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. Users of your site cannot be under 13 and must be of legal age to accept our Terms and create an Account. Our site is directed at finding Club teams players for tournaments and these teams may have someone that is under 13 on them. A parent or guardian must create the account for the child and act on behalf of the child and by using this site you expressly consent for DM to use the child’s personal information for finding a Club team.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 without express parental consent; however if your child is registered as a Player or with a Team, they or you may provide relevant Player Data and Media Content to us to the extent permitted by law. By providing such information to us or the Team/Organization, you expressly consent to use of the Player Data and Media Content as contemplated for the Services and provided under the Terms. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have unauthorized information about your child under the age of 13, please contact us as provided below.

If you are a California resident under the age of 18, do not share any Personal Information on any public content channel we may offer (e.g., User Content). If you do post any such information, you can request removal by contacting us as provided below.

Use of your Personal Information

DM collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

DM may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from DM and its affiliates.

    DM collects personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. DM collects this information for the following reason(s): To effectively match players to corresponding baseball teams or coaches of the same age group.

    Disconnecting your DM Account from Third Party Websites


    You may disconnect your account from a third-party account at any time. Users can disconnect their accounts from third party sites by going to their profile page, click "edit profile" and find the link you would like to disconnect and delete it. Then click save and your profile will no longer link to the third party site.

    E-mail Communications

    From time to time, DM may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from DM or click on a link therein.

    If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from DM, you may opt out of such communications by Customers may unsubscribe from emails by "STOP" or clicking on the "UNSUBSCRIBE" button.. External Data Storage Sites
