If you purchase DM's products and services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction. DM may also collect anonymous demographic information, which is unique to you, such as your:

  • - Gender
  • - Graduation Year, Height, Weight, Right or Left Handed

Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through DM's public message boards, this information may be collected and used by others. Users of your site cannot be under 13 and must be of legal age to accept our Terms and create an Account. Our site is directed at finding Club teams players for tournaments and these teams may have someone that is under 13 on them. A parent or guardian must create the account for the child and act on behalf of the child and by using this site you expressly consent for DM to use the child’s personal information for finding a Club team.

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 without express parental consent; however if your child is registered as a Player or with a Team, they or you may provide relevant Player Data and Media Content to us to the extent permitted by law. By providing such information to us or the Team/Organization, you expressly consent to use of the Player Data and Media Content as contemplated for the Services and provided under the Terms. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have unauthorized information about your child under the age of 13, please contact us as provided below.

If you are a California resident under the age of 18, do not share any Personal Information on any public content channel we may offer (e.g., User Content). If you do post any such information, you can request removal by contacting us as provided below.

DM collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

    Disconnecting your DM Account from Third Party Websites

    You will be able to connect your DM account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR DM ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED IN THIS MANNER, DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE.
